15-28 req 8-11 marksmanship
dmg + 12-15% while health is above 50%

I don't mind whatever mods on it, I'll probably change them anyway, but I don't want a sundering or fortitude that'll make it ridiculously expensive. The bow would be nice if it was gold, but it's not required.

I've managed to aqquire one.
