prices of items

Ok i need a price check on:
Insightful earth staff of fortitude (purple)
+9 energy
10-17 damage
iproves skill recharge (chance 6%)
energy +2
health +21

Also if some one could post a guide to pricing items that would be great

sell it to merchant, or if u salvage it the fortitude will go for 300gp and the insightfull maybe 1k

The hp fortitude max of 300-400 and insightful max 1.2k (from what i've seen) and thats at most, best to just sell off to merchant, at least guaranteed 50 gold.
