Guild Census

I was thinking that a nice addition to the game would be some improvements to the Guilds. For example, what i have mainly been thinking of is maybe a Guild Census person who stands near the Guild Registrar, a person who a Guild can pay to advertise their Guild, who just have the Census man tell you a list of all the Guilds, with a short description of each.
Some other ideas: More room for Guild Announcements; a Guild Motto section?; a Guild Vault or Trade Centre where Members can go and donate gold and items to the Guild, and in return be given access to take gold and items (maybe this in the Guild Hall?); and Titles! Space to customize guild Titles to something other than Leader, Officer, Member (such as being able to create Grandmaster title for Leader, Master for Officer, and Veteran, Marine and Initiate for Members - so people can be promoted in Guilds!). And more than one Guild Leader!

Yeah, I was just thinking they should add more then leader... officer... and member. Like co-leader and general... meh you know what I mean =P
