I have recently been playing in the random arenas with this build, with great success I might add. If the general community could judge it or make suggestons, I would really appericiate it.

If the attributes are a little off, sorry, I am on my laptop.

W/Me

Domination 11
Inspiration 11
Swordsmanship/axe mastery 9 + 2

Leech Signet
Power Drain
Power Block {E}
Signet of Humility
Drain Enchantment
Black Out
Either Feast
Ressurection Signet/Physical Resistance

Basicaly you run up to the caster of your choosing (call target), remove any enchantments, interupt all their spells, stop them from using their elite skill, and then black them out... and if you need a quick heal during that time just use either feast.

(and the whole time you are attacking them with your sword, or axe)

During every single on of my battles I never ran out of energy because of leech signet, drain, and power drain. ^_^

what do you think?

i think you just posted 2 threads at once, accidentally or not

but thats off topic

this build is kinda....well...really odd. your using 25% of your skill bar for energy management, and those 2 skills have long recharge and both only work if you can catch them casting, and with all the shutdown skills you have, you seem to be contradicting your own build

also, not haveing any warrior skills is really buggin me, and it seems that a Me/W would work just as well, if not much better, because of the larger energy pool, runes for inspiration and dominatoin, and you can still have 10 swordsmanship.

overall, i cant really see how this build works partly cause it seems 99% mesmer as warrior primary, and mabye cause ive never seen anything like it before.

The skills also double as interrupts. Warrior gives more armor and less of a target priority. Interrupting keeps her from dying because.. it's hard for you to kill something without spells. And if she doesn't have problems with energy, why not?

Because Mesmer Runes give a very strong advantage to them over this build.

Sure interrupts are so fast that you don't need fast casting, but their effectiveness is far stronger on a runed mesmer than on a warrior.

If you truely want to hunt casters, killing them WHILE stopping them from casting anything is probably the better route.

There's a nice cookie cutter idea of a hammer user who uses a double knockdown followed by a whopping 10s. Blackout. Now unless you can make a build that does more damage and longer shut out than that, anything else unfortunately won't be judged with a good light...

what do you think? I like the general look of this build, tried something similar. I think it could be wise to have a little less mez stuff and a couple of attacks from melee.

This build might work well on a necro.

when i monk, in 4v4, builds like this dont really cause too much problems with me

sure its "annoying" but in the end, my team is still gonna win 9 times out of 10

goofy quote there but hmm...

I didn't make the idea and I'm just thinking about it but

Devastating Hammer {E}
Crushing Blow
Mighty Blow / Irresistable BLow
Hammer Bash
Frenzy
Sprint
Blackout
Res Signet

I suppose that'd do it. I think maybe going 12 hammer 12 domination, rest to strength would work. 16 hammer, 9 strength, 10 domination is most definitely better, though the blackout won't last as long.
