Places to get Bolts of Cloth?

Looking for monsters that drop things that usually salvage into bolts of cloth, and all I have been getting are tanned hide squares. -.-

You can bolts of cloth from any shaman armor, you get those from pretty much any monster that has shaman in their name.

Matieral Traders in any major city, and Player characters in District 1 of many major cities spamming, "WTS CLOTH! 10g per!" and stuff like that, just look round.

In case you don't want to buy, there's always the option to salvage armors and get cloth bolts from them..

I just wanted specific locations of monsters/areas that drop things you can salvage for cloth. I am well aware of the material traders and the human traders that will sell me cloth for 10g apiece. I just feel like Soloing some things that can give me some gold as well as some cloth for my armor.

well then, look no further then the places around droks/later in the game. Each salvage yields high returns. FOW and Talus chute/Whitman's folly are among the best for cloth salvages, IMHO =)

Not a mistake, they're cloth armor as well, as well as mesmers, and any other cloth based pc will be a cloth based NPC drop.

Or, bring a Mesmer to Augry Rock and collect Minatour Horns. Trade the horns for gloves in Prophets Path right outside of Augry and expert salvage them for about 33 Bolts of Cloth or some linen.

The only place that really comes to mind for cloth is the Undead in Kryta. Those Decayed Orr Emblems salvaged for quite a bit of cloth.

Grawl Crones are Necromancers. Necromancers use hide. :O

I honestly can't think of anything else that drops cloth anymore. It's been a while...

Nebo Terrace Undead - salvage Decayed Orr Emblems - you can get tons of cloth.

Kryta mission ghouls drop a lot of armor you can salvage for cloth. I used to solo farm there with my Elem until the nerf.

I was under the impression you can never salvage collector's armor? Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think that's what you're suggesting.

That is exactly what I am suggesting. And for what it is worth, if they did not let us salvage collectors armor, then there would be no chance of retreiving runes if we choose to get more expensive armor. If that were the case, I would be very upset.......

You can't salvage collector's armor to get runes. I've tried. That's the point I was making.

And no, it's not a quest reward. It's collectors.

i never got cloth farming in FoW, just iron and wood. I get mine at Hells Precipice.
