That is the "under construction" icon. They had it for dwarven ale a few months ago. It designates an item that has no sprite yet.

Now, I know of no bows that have this icon right now. How old is this picture? Had a new build been released, and Not Another was running the new version while you were still using an older version?

Heh, that's the icon GW used for model icons which weren't yet complete (a while back)... The icons were also used when Dwarven Ale first came out.

No idea why his bow has that icon

That "under construction" icon is also what I get on my necro's 8k scar pattern.
