Weaken Armor vs Barbs

I'm having a hard time picking between those 2. Any suggestions which is better and why? Think in terms of boosting rangers/warriors damage.

Unless you are attacking with really weak hits (like minions do) or maybe if you are at really low Curses, Weaken Armor is better.

Curses at 16 and also Winnowing and Order of Pain as damage boosters.. probably Weaken then. It's really a matter of choosing % increase over a fixed amount of damage boost. Oh, well.
