Is there a 15% always Warrior Weapon w/o a -15 energy or -10 armor?

I have not seen this anywhere at anytime. Does it exist?

a 15% no condition weapon?
yes, they exist.
however, the few who own them do not often bring them out in the open, as arena net actively nerfs them; and they cost (literally) millions in gold, ecto, etc.
