Slashing 15-22
+15%dmg while above 50%
+27 HP

Crippling Short Sword of Swordsmanship (req 8)
Slashing 15-22
+15% Dmg
-5 Energy
Swordsmanship +1/17%

1)10k i think high req kills it
2)20k? maybe more short sword is the least desired skin
