PC on eternal bow with a sundering string

Its a purple max dmg eternal bow
the req. is 12 (I know thats high)
the sundering bowstring is 6% (I know thats not perfect)
dmg +12% in stance

So can I make a few K of it?

P.S. Despite not being perfect I really would hate to waste such a nice skin and a rare but not perfect mod on a salvage or merchant
