These are the basic skills you may want to change some around, as in take out Suffering and have both healing brezze and Essence Bond on, but it is down to you and how you find it works.
Walk thru of skills
--mending= 3 regain
--pro spirt= no need to tell you what this does, just cast as often as possibly.
--balths spirt= 1nrg per hit, nuff said :P
--Essence Bond= 1nrg per hit, can be good to have a secound nrg source agasit big groups to get of the spells as fast as possible.
--healing brezze= hp regian, this may not be need if you learn how to use the build well, and can cast Life Siphon before you are attacked.
--Spiteful Spirit= main attack, when it recharges cast but wait for an open to cast it, or pre cast it on targets. With this on more then one target it will take them down with some speed.
--Rotting Flesh= 4degain on a target, don't use on the target you spitefull on, so the spited person lasts longer.
--Suffering= 2 degain for all ppl around you. Might not sound like a good skill to have, but for targets that regain HP on there own (as in UW) this can help slow it down.
--Life Siphon= degain on any foe u cast it on, and 2 regain for each foe. Cast this on as many ppl as possible

......This is a the secound Monk build, wanted to try something different, this build isn't as effect as the top one but still some one might be able to imporve on it. Its not 100% but which build is :P
This version of a M/N build is to use Aura of the Lich on a 55hp build, so you will have 27hp, and take 1 dmg per hit. which is prety sweet.
--Aura of the Lich
--Mending- 4 arrows
--Watchfull spirt- 2 arrows
--Essence Bond
--balths spirt/ may want to chage you dmg output skill
--Protective spirt
--Rotting Flesh
--Suffering/Shadow Strike/Mark of pain/anything else
healing prayers = 13 (3+1) - 48
death = 12 - 97
(55 left for you to play with)
when all set up you will have 27hp, losing 1hp per hit, with 6hp regain. No nrg regain but you get 2 nrg per hit.
only proble with this build is that you can take on almost anything, but the dmg output isn't that big. This means you may only want to take Essence Bond and as your nrg regain and bring another dmage kill instead.
PS. the reason for Shadow Strike is to take out a nightmare with one hit but i haven't tried it yet :P so feed back on it will be nice if anyone nows

Yes indeed those are two solo builds that cant "run" when they need too...
could people just stop posting solo builds?
my Mo/R just changed 2 skills and still solo's everything as before; they dont run at all...
I did however use that 2nd build when i was in random, man smitters where whinging "zOMG 1 DMG" but massive degen kills in arenas @ 27hp.

old old old.... to solo know u just need to boost up sheild of judge. and stop posting solo builds for god sakes. everyones already adjusted theres and its done. and a better build than this would be a mo/me who can arcane echo SoJ.

From what i have heard SoJ dosen't work on the smiters in UW cos they stop attacking when they get low on HP, then heal themselfs.
Also i belive spitefull spirite is better becasue it can be cast alot faster are you can cast it more then one target, which deals aoe dmg which adds up fast when cast on mutiplie targets.
... also by taking arcane echo u use up another skill slot, where as with spitefull it will recharge before it has ran out and you can cast it striaght away. Unlike with SoJ once you blast of the first echo and Soj u then have to wait for there cool downs, which will leave a period when you are waiting.
....so i don't agree with your comment on arcane echo being better.
and taking a 27hp build into a arena LMAO, thats even worse then a 55hp monks going into an arena lol

27hp was fun but, its an energy beast...
and strickly speaking of UW smiters? there SMITES and got no idea what they do, since solo'n UW isnt worth my time and how slow it takes...
