(Never played a monk, this is just what I've been told.)R

I did get it off a quest in Old-Ascalon.
Now the question is... where? lol
Sadly I have a whole load of feats on all my chars that I wish I wrote down the location of. So can't really be of help - other than to say it is a quest spell and you can get it in the adventure locations around Old-Ascalon. (may be a quest spawned after doing other quests!)

I just did the quest last night.
Just east of the rare items merchant near the sanitarium in Old Ascalon there is a monk and a farmer surrounded by Grawl. There are two quests there that the monk gives. One is to lead the farmer back to the city and the other is to find a missing monk called Paulli (or something very similar) who is in Regent Valley near the aqueduct a little before the fort. When you go back to the monk after finding Paulli, you get another very quick quest and that gives you the resurrection spell.
The only thing I can’t remember is if you have to do the farmer quest before you get the find Paulli one.

)
After you have brought back a token to Grazdan( the monks name), he tells you to take it back to a lady outside ascalon city. Then you have to take the farmer to ascalon city, and boom, you can now resurrect people.
