Can someone plz tell me where i find ciglo the monk in the pre-searing quest was told he was outside ascalon city gates but he just ain't there. coz i need the skills he gives. thanks

Never heard of "Ciglo" the monk..maybe you're referring to the monk down by the ruins of Ashford and such, the monk beside the farmer <outside the gates of the abbey, down in where there were NPCS and such pre-searing>

Ok well this monk (ciglo) is supposed to give me healing breeze and banish. if that helps at all

The reason Cyglo isn't there is that you are not a primary monk. Secondary monks have to buy Breeze and Banish from post-searing Ascalon.
