Ultimate Necro caster build!

Ppl a friend of mine wants to make a necro as primary and he wants to make it one of those summon 50 minion to war caster. What is the perfect 2 job to make that build, or can u tell me of the skills or a similar build that focus on getting minions I heard necro/monk would be nice since he can protect himself and heal the minions .. hows that? or should it be monk/necro? or some other job? .. im so confused plz help lol
