Will since no one wants to give you a serious answer I guess I will help you out.

1. Un-id Chaos axe req.12 = 15k
2. Dragon skin horn bow req.13 =80-120k (only because it has decent mods)
3. Mursaat style hornbow req. 11 = 150-200k (depending on your selling skills and its not perfect healt over 50 mod).
4. Sephis req. 12 13% while enchanted = 75k
5. Spicky hammer req. 9 perfect mods = 75-100k (only cause hammers are really hard to sell)
