Is this still possible?
I tried over and over with my monk and could not get the energy loss to be
-2 per hit?

Don't need a screenie. All skills are clamped at 0 and 15 (ie they're always whole numbers at those values). From there you can work out any of the breakpoints, keeping in mind things always round to the closest whole number.

lol even in-game these aren't always accurate. Mainly when I capture a wilderness survival skill on my ranger, it'll say e.g. 'does 5...12 secs poison damage' then when I cap and equip it, it'll say 13 secs poison... and thats only 12 wilderness survival.
