*Disclaimer: Didn't see this proposal here*
Now many of you probably feel that paying 100k for a piece of parchment (20gold each) and ink (200gold a vial) is pretty ridiculous.
SOLUTION: make a rune crafter. the amount of gold would vary depending on what rune you want to craft(ie Ranger, Warrior, etc) and what type (Minor, major, sup). the idea would be to make it cost X-amount of parchment (more required for as the quality increases...minor takes less than major...that sorta thing) and would cost X-amount of ink (varies depending on rune grade) and finally X-amount of glittering dust (also varing depending on rune grade). the concept of this idea would be to drive down rune costs while not completely destroying the economy...seeing as vial of ink isn't used much this would create a market for it. there would still be times where it would be easier to just go out and buy the rune so the Rune Trader would still serve a purpose.
-2nd idea-
Most of you probably have at least (1) 15k piece of armor...this idea revolves around the 15k druid's....personally i think it should take something extra (much like 15k plate takes del. steel but 1k plate takes steel) in this case we cut the wood required of each 15k druids and then change it to spiritwood so in essence you would need 175 units of spiritwood for a complete 15k druid's set and (at the time of this posting) spirit wood costs 150gold per unit so it would cost u 26,250gold just to get the amount of spiritwood....now before u all go haywire....if you're getting 15k armor u probably got gold to spare; buy changing materials it would help suck up some of the gold that players that have been playing since GW's release..thus would eventually drive down the costs of items (cause nobody will have that kinda money to throw around).
*i'll probably come up with other ideas
*note i do make only serious suggestions that i feel would better the game
