PC/WTB: A Few Mediocre Items

Seeking (and need a non-seller price check):

Max Damage Storm Bow Req 10-12
13-14% > 50%

No mods are necessary unless they are perfect sundering, or perfect fortitude... other mods won't be valuated very highly

15% > 50% Summit Axe Req 10-12

No mods are necessary unless they are perfect furious, or perfect fortitude... perfect sundering maybe as well, not valued as highly though.

15% > 50% Long Sword Req 10

No mods are necessary unless they are perfect vampiric/sundering, or perfect fortitude... other mods won't be valuated very highly

I'm not looking to pay a lot for them and I'm not sure entirely how much each one is worth so it'd be nice if someone could give me a reasonable PC before I buy them:P I'm hoping for <50-60k each assuming they're clean...
