+28hp always +4 armor vs all -5 energy
Can anyone give me an idea of how much it's worth?

Why would it be worth anything? Its grossly inferior to the collector and the cheapest nec focus item (which goes for 5k), so unless it has a cool/rare look, I'd say selling it for anything at all would be a challenge. Yes people pay a lot more for gold items than comparable collector/greens, but you still need to have a decent item unless you are talking a truly sexy/rare skin.

energy shielders are desirable in pvp...

This is a gold blood focus right? With +28hp, +4 armor, -5 energy always? I'd say it's worth an obscene amount of money.
