Buying -2/-2, -2/-3 shields. Low requirements are preferable but I'm interested to see what you guys have to offer. Show me both strength and tactics shields.

NOTE: -2/-3 shields need to be (-2 stance, -3 while hexed). I won't be interested in any -2/-3 with x% chance (UNLESS it's -2 stance -3 10%).
