I doubt 150K+. Stance isn't nearly as wanted as >50. 75K+. Although a TF/IAS ranger (which ironically, any ranger with a hornbow should be using) may pay 100K+.

i know stance isn't as great as 15>50 but there are many ranger skills that are stances aren't there?

TF Rangers are the only common stance Ranger I know of.

Rangers who use enchanted bows are even rarer.

Second the 30-70k for shield.

To answer that question; yes. But most are only defensive stances. Only TF is IAS (well, and Lightning Reflexes, but it's pretty short and has a 45s recharge because it's a defensive stance as well). Some R/W use frenzy, I wouldn't, but hey w/e floats yer boat.
