Some basic questions

I am thinking about getting Guild Wars soon But I have a few questions that need answering first.

Do your characters use the same inn (Say I put an item in on one character and log into another character will I be able to take it out?)

Why do you need to download the Guild Wars Client? I saw it at http://www.guildwars.com/downloads/clientdownload.html

At www.guildwars.com I keep seeing them refer to "Chapter 1" what does this mean they plan to add more content to the game that we will have to go out and buy?

I keep seeing people say they are a druid. How do you become a druid?

haven't seen any druids, but they have rangers.

the game is basically laid out over a big map --- w/you starting at a main city.
you do some stuff in a small area which is referred to as 'presear' and when you've gotten enough training you move on to the main body of the game which is called 'postsear'.
you can't go back to presear once you've crossed over, afaik.

this is all assuming you're playing the campaign, and not just the pvp side of it.

1. Your characters can share storage for items and gold. One of your characters can place something in storage, then you can log out that character and log in a new one and get the item out of the same storage.

2. Downloading the client is not necessary if you have already bought a copy of the game. There is a way to download the client and then pay for an account key without having to buy the software. You can search the forums for more information on this one.

3. Chapter 1 is the current version of the game. There will be an expansion sometime next year that is called 'Chapter 2'. Some content has been freely given to us in the form of new explorable areas, weapons, and bosses, but each Chapter should contain lots of new areas, more storylines, new classes and more. You have to pay for chapters.

4. You probably heard people referring to Druid's Armor. This armor is for the ranger class and gives extra energy to your character.
