Pc on a ghost staff please

Hi all,

Just finished my first underworld trip and got a staff which ive never heard of before, could anyone tell me if its worth anything please:

Gold Ghostly Staff of Death Magic
Energy+10
Cold damage 11-22 req 8 death
Improves skill recharge chance 9%
Death magic+1 17% chance while using skill

Is it worth putting an insitful head on it or should i just leave it as is.

Also i have a fellblade i would like a price on if possible:

Gold Sundering Fellblade of Fortitude
11-22 req 10 sword
+14% while enchanted
Armour penetration 9%
health+29

Any help and info would be most appreciated

Thanks for the prices, much appreciated. Do you think it would be worth putting a +5 energy head on the staff possible to sell or maybe for my necro to use.
