Getting GW ACCt Banned

If they do ban, reply that you gave the items to the rightful players and ask that they recheck the server logs to confirm the trades.

Hey I had a question about how you can get banned. This is what happened:

Got in Fissure Group with Noobs. About 15 min in a monk leaves. We complete the first quest, and then 10 min after that the second monk leaves. We all make a run for the chest. Items comes out but everyone dies before they can pick up. I'm the only one alive. I stay out of range till the items become pick-upable. I pick them up.

They screenshotted me and said they'd report me for baiting or something. I know its not the right thing to take those items, but I can't just let those items go to waste. Also, when we returned to ToA, I gave them the items, two very tempting req9 shadow sheilds and a firewand. However, I belive that they did report me.

I have a very valuable account with two sets of fissure now and I hope that I will NOT get banned. Just need reassurance.

I don't see an EULA violation warranting a ban. You did not defraud anyone of their property since you gave it to them afterwards. Hope you took screen shots...

Beats me, this happened a few times tonight. I made mention of it in the feedback section.
