Well, the max dam chaos axe can easily fetch at least 25K. Req 12 is not really a problem for axe masters whereas it has a perfect stance dam bonus. As for hammer wise I dont think it will get a good price. Too much cheap green hammers around hence the demand for hammers are low. May be 5 to 10K for the hammer.
