not exactly sure, it would be better if it was -3(10%)

i bought a tall sheild with 45 -3(10%) req 11 for 80k, so i guess it would be around there. like 50k or so

Max modifier is -3 (10%) and it's less coveted than -2 enchanted or -2 stance.
