sundering handaxe of fortitude

dmg +15% while enchanted
sundering 10%/10%
health +30

nice one...

i would give about 25k for it..

but it could also be worth around 50k..

i don't really know.

Agreed 35-40k seems a fair price to me

The mods on the axe is worth at least 50K (Perfect Fortitude + Sundering). THe only flaw about the axe is that the dam mods is 15% while enchanted, the price would be much if its was 15>50 or 15 -10 Ar. Considering this axe has a low req of 8. At least 75K for it would be reasonable.

OMG.. Didnt knew this was that high prized.
Sold 1 of that kinda weapen wich i bought for 500g for 1,5 k to someone.
He might be lucky now:P
