I sold a purple one along time ago same stats as yours for 100k +15 ecto but mine was req 9 and near perfect. Maybe you can get that if you find right buyer these days serpent axes going for more.

i paid 260k for a req 9 11 > 50 .. hope this may help but it is very hard to value items without history , and trading these axes has little history.

Thats a really high requirement. Most people want the axe to be good for them early on in the game. But i would try for 75+.

<edit>

Its also only 11% and not perfect in that respect. All of this brings down the value considerably..even if it is a pretty axe.
