Morons in the game? whats with this

I've noticed lately a high increase in the amount of ridiculous people in game trying to pick stupid little fights, along with the 10/12 year old persona. It's starting to become hard to join a town without seeing someone rattle on "hitler you this, your momma that" kind of junk being portrayed, especially in TOA lately during non favor times. I think its about time they instate some form of closed monitoring for this, the game at times, just isnt the same when you have all of that going on. Do some of you see what I am saying? Experiencing the same?

There's not an increase in retarded players, just an increase in bored ones. People do stupid shit when they aren't farming.

Yeah, maybe to some extent, but it's ridiculous, we all play the same game for the same goals in some form or another.
