Rank just don't mean jack. Some people just do Team Arena's alot and don't have a big enough guild to keep up with HoH. There are skilled and horrible players with all different ranks in the PvP area's

Can someone dispell the urban legend of not opening the chest from Rastigen until everyone took reward? I've been to fow hundreds of times, and i have never seen anything other than 1 purple item pop out of that chest. Has anyone seen more? Even to this day, you see people saying "don't open chest!".

found this last night, dont know if we got lucky or not, but healing ball around king in thunderhead while still having good dmg output = flawless

Unless you have P&H on 3-4 monks, it is pretty.. not good. Using it to cancel 1 energy degen is far from what an elite should be capable of. You're better off with an elite that will compliment your teams as a bonder - example: Aura of Faith.
Any way you slice it, P&H still only gives you 1 energy every 3 seconds.
