PC on a Green & a couple others

Tarnoks Recurve Bow - i saw that there was a price of 40k or so in the forum green price list. is this still accurate?

Max Damage, Req. 8
12% over 50
Enchant 14% longer

same on a hand axe (stats same as above)

i have heard that max cleavers and hand axes are pretty collectable
