If not i would just sell to merchant because it's only +9 energy and it only have the recharge mod which is pretty low.

Salvage of Insightful Head. +4 is worth 5k, +5 is worth 10-20k.
It lacks max energy for a staff (which is 10), skill recharge is too low (only ones worth factoring in price are 9-10%), and domination / earth is not a common combination. Earth+1 19% is a good number for a wrapping, but once again not enough earth elementalists out there that need earth+1. +1 skills are better for some fields, not so much for others.
