They pull detailed information on what hardware you have in your computer. Post the results / reports that the programs generate.

Depends if you mean the Windows 'My Computer' or literally opening your computer. Even then, I doubt it would be written anywhere. Did you not get documentation when you got your computer? Information about your more critical components is usually in there.

If it's an Dell, HP, Compaq, etc. it may be very hard / not marked at all.

If's it's a custom built pc, there is a chance it will have the brand and model on it depending on the mother board.
