I have found several items that are Energy +3 items. How do they work? I think they help with regeneration of energy. Am I right?
Where do they get equipped? I'm guessing that warriors should simply sell them?

You cary them in your hand, like a weapon or shield. If it just says Energy +3, it increases your max energy by 3. It does not affect your regeneration.

you put them in your armor-slot and they increase your energy by the amount they say. I dont know about warriors, but I know its not too important for them.

Yes, a warrior should sell/trade/salvage them IMO. Much better off with a shield. Not to say someone couldn't make use of one as a Warrior, but it's pretty unlikely.

ok.
Doesn't make sense for a warrior to carry one of these items instead of a shield or two-handed weapon.
Thank you all.

Actually, I carry a Healing Ankh with my level 13 Warrior/Monk. It's +7 to energy and really helps out with the healing spells. Once I actually find a decent shield, I'll probably switch, but when I've got 5 pieces of armor with 50 AL each, a shield with 6 or 7 really doesn't make much difference. On the other hand, +7 energy when my base is only 20 DOES make a difference.
