Can anyone tell me a good way to make money with a necro/monk, I never farmed before and I think its useless now with the update so can anyone help

Farming is the only way to get golds. Unless your lucky and get some great drops that you can sell for 50k or more... I seen some perfect weapons sold for 100k or more. Also is this your only character? I believe that necro (if your are a minion master would get lots of group invite into farming party) If necro is the only class. Try creating a warrior/monk combo or a Ele/Mesmer build for farming purpose.

Bottom line, save up golds and don't waste it on items and armors (unless you need to) and get drops and sell it for money.

I've got a 'job' for you......

Take him a bit future than Kryta... you get to good places to farm after Kryta and i know playing Tank is tedious but for a good farming build .. Warrior/Monk is the best way to go (or elementlist). Or you can try and farm around kryta or other places to see if you can get decent drops.

Yeah... basically (for me) i move my two farming character as far as i can. My Warrior is in Ring of Fire and my level 20 Mesmer is in Crystal Desert. I say concentrate on a class that you like and basically save up on all the item and salvage it if it has good mod (like +health mod ..26.. 28..30, or 10/10 sundering mod) Also, look for group of enemies that you can fight against and try and go there to farm once or twice a week to see if you have good drops.

If you can run a war/mo its much more profitable to run people around for gold. Also you want fall asleep killing the same monsters over and over again. Although, if your a treasure hunter and like the luck of the draw..farming might be for you.
