-3 while hexed is no bad mod for a shield, and many warriors use some smiting prayers so the right buyer will probably pay well for it.
Simply for the -3 hexed, many people would pay 5 to 10k!

But you can only use judge insight for smiting, using symbol of wrath or b.a will scare the monsters away. So I dun think there are many smiting warriors now.
