15% while health is above 50%.
15% always, -5 energy.
15% always, -10 armor while attacking.
Must be max damage, req 8, 9, or 10.
Post or whisper me in-game and we'll work out a deal for your bow. Mods unimportant, but if you have max mods already on the bow I'll pay for 'em. I'll be putting 10/10 Sundering and +30 Fort on it.
