I actually think hes looking for the +15 energy/-1 items
With a rod and item with those stats you can get +30 energy +12 energy form item which is +42 energy/-2 energy regen

how much for the sword?

the answer would be for pvp reasons and focus switching.

i need a weapon and a focus with an overall negative energy value. not just one with a minus energy thing tagged on.

thus being able to get rid of wither and malaise more quickly by switching to a negative energy weapon slot and thus getting to 0 energy more quickly so they stop.

Also for being able to hide energy so it can't be stolen or denied. if i have a set that gives -7 energy overall, and my normal set (staff with +5 energy head) is +15, then whilst i am using the minus energy set that's 22 energy that can't be drained, tapped, surged or whatever.

i can switch over to cast a spell and then switch right back again.
