This was priced at 60k-80k. I agree that skill recharge is usually better than cast-speed, but univeral perfect cast speed is usually prized more than non-perfect single-skill recharge.

i dont know the pc, but where do earth staffs drop? in all my farming i have yet to see a earth staff, much less a rare skinned one.
