The Game Suggestions forum is a little packed with people who just talk about things and not how to change them. A petition forum would be very helpful.

A good petition will last, a bad petition will not. Just like a good thread over a bad thread. I made a petition a while back that reached twenty something pages before it was locked while we waited for an outcome.

The Sardelac Sanitarium is pretty much a petition forum anyway; do you see how many people just type "/signed" to some threads? Everything gets thrown in Sardelac, from bug reports to genuine suggestions to rants. People do talk about how to change things every now and then.

yes, but consider this:
how many people will press the next page button when browsing a forum? Not many.

If you have a post with 25 answers,
it can be flooded out by 30 or so small, two post threads.

This is why they created "Poll" options in most forum software. I really, really think that the Sanitarium should ahve polls enabled.
