I used the search function but still didn't find anything on locations of trainers. I'm currently a Lev. 10 R/Me but it doesn't seem like I have many skills (maybe like 20 total for both primary and secondary). Does anyone know of any trainers both R and Me near Ascalon. The furthest west I have been is Piken and the furthest East I have been is Serenity. Thanks.

Go south, to previously Ashford Abbey, which is now known as the Sardelac Sanitarium. There you will find a something for your Mesmerness.
