My health?

I am a bit confused on the runes issue with health. I used a rune awhile ago on some armor and it lowered my health by 20. Now im level 20 and only have 480 health but I got rid of the armor that had it awhile ago.

Any help??

I think 480 is the most you have with out items adding to it not sure on warriors but necro monk and Elemantist have 480 at lvl20

All classes have 480 at level 20.
