Does stoning knockdown weakened targets?

The list here it doesn't mention it.
At GWonline it says it does.

yup knocks you right down on your couch beggin for someone else to get you snacks...sorry just wanted to make a joke. I don't know, but i would say if it doesn't list it, it most likely doesn't as the discriptions are taken directly from the spells tooltip.
