Is it for PvE or PvP? If PvP i would recommend axe 16 strength 11 and beast 8. Skills depends on what ppl in the Tombs/GvG ask of you, usually the adrenaline skills and TF. Regarding PvE it all depends on your playingstyle and the type of coop/quests you're going to do. Try many builds, what works in 1 situation doesn't always work in another. For instance, in a place where there are lots of Undead it makes no sence to bring skills which inflict a deep wound. The same goes for choosing your weapon. If possible take weapons with different hilts. I've noticed for instance that Avicara take twice as much damage using a shocking hilt. Fire and ice damage speak for itself of course. I don't know yet on which enemies ebon works well. Just keep trying a lot of stuff.

for pvp go for your standard tiger's fury axe warrior.

also get rid of to the limit, you're wasting 7 levels of attribute points in tactis in that one skill. dump those points back in beast master or strength. replace it with penetrating blow. although you may be asked to take a spirit by a team as one of your slots in which case i suggest getting rid of axe rake.

Go with a build that uses axe or sword. I like...

Wilderness Survival:12
Beast Mastery: 10
Sword Mastery: 12 (8+4)

For skills go with: Sever Artery, Gash, Final Thrust, Apply Poison, Troll Ungent, Charm Animal, Comfort ANimal, and Rez Sig

Just give the enemies lots of degen with poison and bleeding. Then rely on final thrust and your pet to finish them off. Gash helps keep their health low.

All the advice posted here with the exception of White Designs' post would make the original builds worse.

Tiger's Fury is horribly inefficient on Warriors--you can't maintain the cost, you're easily kited, it locks you into a mostly useless secondary, and it spreads attributes too thin. Apply Poison and Pets, even worse. Stop using subpar builds, grow a pair, and use Frenzy.

Here's a fixed build since I can't stand seeing crap posted:

W/X Axe Spiker
12+1+3 Axe
7+1 Tactics (if you take "To the Limit!," otherwise, drop these)
10+1 Strength
Some leftover points for something else. Strength can be fiddled a bit.

Disrupting Chop / Distracting Blow
Swift Chop / Warrior's Cunning / Something else
Eviscerate [E]
Executioner's Strike
Frenzy
Sprint
"To The Limit!" / Bull's Strike / Secondary Skill
Res Sig

If you maintain enchantments, change Swift Chop for Penetrating Blow.
