Swamp outside ToA

I wasn't sure whether to post this in Screen Shot exposition, but it is more of a question. The swamps outside of the Temple of Ages should poison you like every other swamp, but over the past day whenever I have entered them nothing happens. I have a screenshot to show you, as most people know Alesia either doesn't have Mend Ailment or Remove Condition or just won't use it and neither do any of the other henchies I brought.

So the question is, why am I not being poisoned by the swamp water?
Not that I mind of course.

Not all area's which look like "swamp's" will poison you - which is why your not being poisoned there I believe.

For example, if you head out of Lion's Arch and head north and then east (north to where the collector and other npc are, then head east from there) you'll come to a region where there are a lot of Bog Skales.. and a "swamp" looking area.. but you can safely enter the "swamp" without getting poisoned..

Well, even if his point is more technical-related, I think the swamps should poision you. I can't really tell if he's saying: 1) I think its a bug, or 2) I think they should poison you like the other swamps.

Leaving the Temple of the Ages, and turning right, the water in that section is extensive and not poisoned (never was) all the way to the rez point by the Talmark Wilderness exit. Full of skale and reed stalkers.

I've never been poisoned by the swamp just outside ToA... which is fine since you got to run through it to get on with the rest of the map.

Not every swamp out there is poisoneous
