whats the req, and what is the req for(profession)?

i bought the same staff with a +5nrg 10% recharge alll skills for 20k (req 8 dom). so, i would say mines worth about 50k, and yours anywere from 20k(req 13 soul reaping) to 75k ( dunno, something good, lol)
