Collector Armor Leggings

I've been trying to collect a full set of collector's armor for my Warrior but I don't seem to be able find the leggings. Can someone point me to the right direction?

Oh...found it...but the Ringmail Leggings is particularly weak..only AL 59...

The crafter outside Sanctum Cay has the same low level armor as the other crafters at this "stage" in the game but the collector should be 71, all the other parts in an around Ettins Back are 71 and the gloves and headgears in Sage Lands are 71
For warrior that is - caster armour would be 51.

I found the 71 leggings later on in the game...when other parts give 80...kinda sucky...now I am trying to find the 80 leggings.

The 71 leggings are from a collector in The Falls, the SW corner, for 5 jungle troll tusks. There should be quests around Ventari's that take you near there.
