PC Max dmg crystalline sword (req8) 15>50

The last 15>50 max gold crystalline that I saw actually trade hands did so for a cool 5 million. However, it was req-9. It was sold about 2 weeks ago. I gave a two high-powered buyers here a head's up on it, but neither moved on the sword.

you never told me, i woulda jumped on it like a fat kid on a cupcake.

I think we can safely assume from the above statement he is wanting to buy. And he most probably does not have more than 500k due to him/her not wanting mods on it. If he had 20 mil he would not care what mods were on it as 150k worth of mods is nothing.

The first trader offered a 2mil. finder's fee for a 15>50 req-8. I gave him the 15>50 req-9, but it wasn't what he was looking for. So, I gave another close contact the info via PM. If I run accross another, I'll let ya know

Iv'e been reading everyones private messages, & yes it is real not some hoax, i'm contemplating the offers, obviously the best one wins out on it when i do decide to sell it here shortly.

I dont mean to accuse you of lying but your comment on no extra mods is as if you wanted to buy. You said no mods to keep price down surely only a buyer would say that?

I really hate to do this but the following make me highly suspicious: -
A seller would not say that as the buyer can add their own mods. I have never heard of a seller being forced by a buyer into adding mods otherwise the sale will not go ahead. However, I hear no mods please said by buyers all the time and sales not going ahead due to the buyer not being happy with the mods.

Herby i think either he has the sword with no mods and thinks maybe perfect mods on a sword like this affect the price, or he was going to buy/has bought the sword with no mods and wanted to know if he was going to get a deal or not.

yes, because i'm looking to buy another one, and mod another for myself...parting with such a good item is hard, but having aback up isnt

I find it unlikely that a person having one, would not know how much it is worth.

he may have an idea of what its worth, but he may not have been sure if anyone was actually willing to pay what he thought it was worth.

so far you do by far i love modding weapons out and reselling them, usually just in game for a small profit, but gwguru is proving to be a much better way.

I'd hate to undercut Akhilleus, but I would say that you are much much better suited off to make public the bids and actually post an auction thread in the sell forum. Chances are you will get a ton more than you could possibly imagine a private offer could reach (there are some pretty darn wealthy people on this board, Akhilleus being one of them).

There really is little or no precedent to the price of this thing, but I would guess that it would easily exceed 10 million, and probably up to 20 million and beyond.

When (or if) is it going up for auction and has anyone verified its existence?

my standard offer was around 19-23 million, depending; mostly on how many ecto he would want. but as i said earlier, if i have to go all out to out-bid nef and LBS, i am willing to exceed 30 million (which would effectively bankrupt me of everything but the essentials, which is why i would only go that far under certain circumstances).

but i doubt that anyone will exceed the offer i have made; since i made a virtually identical offer on cooly's crystaline, and since then noone has as of yet surpassed it.
thats not to say noone CAN surpass it (i'm fairly sure nef can), but what people can spend and what they are willing to spend are two entirely different things.

any ideas on whether or not you plan to sell?
it would also be nice if i could take a look at the item in game.
and sorry for doubble posting, but its been a few days and keeping people in the dark on an offer this big pretty much freezes any trading activity they may have.

My offer, which is my standard offer on all perfect crystallines, is this: my time is too precious to spend watching the threads, and checking back on the auctions when people have an undisclosed reserve. I will most likely outbid your best bids, but I want to know when you are ready to sell.

If anyone has an item worth in excess of 1 million, you would be wise to at least contact me before you consumate any transaction. You have nothing to lose and a great deal to gain by contacting me when you have finally reached an amount that you are ready, willing, and able to sell at, and let me know what that amount is.

I am happy to get in a bidding war for a specified short period of time with the leading bidder you have at the end if you know you are going to sell and the bidding will just take a few minutes. I am unwilling to bid when the auction takes weeks and the seller isn't even sure he wants to sell at all.
