Hi everyone,

Can you please PC these two items?

Shocking Falchion of Warding [gold]
Lightning damage: 15-22 (req. 10 swordsmanship)
Damage +20% while hexed
Armor +7 vs elemental attacks

Zealous Long Sword of Enchanting [gold]
Slashing damage: 15-22 (req. 11 swordsmanship)
Damage +15% while health is below 50%
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration: -1
Enchantments last 18% longer

I know they won't make me rich but would still like a rough estimate. Also: what is the max for a zealous mod? Thanks in advance!
