PC on Max Sundering (10) war axe of defence (5) req 11

Gold War axe
Sundering 10%
Defence +5 armour always
req 11


As the title says I'd really appreciate a price check on this so I can decide whether to salvage it or sell it as it is.
It would be great to give a little reasoning so if anyone reads the thread later they can perhaps guess what their item is worth.

Is that just because of the req 11 or would the weapon model be enough to make it better to salvage?
